Carriage Homes at Wyndham, 5600 Mulholland Drive, Glen Allen, VA

This apartment is extremely overpriced for what you get. I got a one bedroom without a garage and was assured by management that the spaces outside my unit were for me and they never had a problem with parking. Since they didnt do reserved parking, peoples guests are constantly parking in front of my apartment, there are barely enough spaces for residents so this is a huge issue. Now they are offering one reserved spot for 35 extra a month. There are no utilities included in this apartment. I find this extra fee to be a hassel, it definately doesn't fix the issue. Management is greedy and tries to get more money out of you. These one bedroom apartments are under two different three bedroom townhomes so you hear two families stomp up and down the stairs all the time there's no soundproofing what so ever.
