Not impressed yet. The fees are to high for parking and the fitness center, and all of the maintenance staff are mostly Hispanic. That means cheap help with low stills-sets. Yes there are worst complexes in the area, however, factor in the expenses and fees, I would give this place about 2.5 stars so far.
