Hearthstone Apartments, 1000 East Vermont Avenue Ofc, Mcallen, TX

I lived a year and 9 months there. When my 1 year contract for 1 bed/1 bath finished and wanted to move in a 2 bed/2 bath, had to wait a month more from the time I was promised to get the new apartment. There were cockroaches at the kitchen at the time I was given the apartment finally. It took 3 months to get rid of it. Since I moved to the apt. every month I had to deal with management because they were charging more than the agreed on the contract. obviously always apologies for the error. Take pictures of how you leave the apt. when finally I moved to a house, they took away part of my deposit because according to them carpet was not longer useful for the new tenant. I rented a rug dr. to leave it like new and get my deposit back. well that didnt work. They will say anything to you in order to steal your money. Very disappointed. Check Ratings
