When we moved in we were told that it had a community like setting; that some families had been there for years. Then we found out that it was mostly the same family that just never left and kept moving relatives in. They never worked, were beyond loud and acted as if all other tenants were on their property. the apartments were nice on the inside, but because our neighbors below had lived there for so long and smoke a carton a day all of my belongings had to be cleaned when I left due to the intense smell of cigarette smoke. The neighbors were beyond loud, always driving by and honking, yelling racist obscenities, but if you made the slightest noise they called security or the police, and if you have kids...if your child got in a slight scuffle with one of their family members kids, rather than adults talking and getting the kids to get along they threatened to call the police on your kids. The same family members would walk around outside practically in their underwear, were always pulling things out of the dump outside, or having their kids do it, were very harassing and would stare at any company you had over to the point where your company was uncomfortable, yet management had no problem with the people running new tenants off. It was awful, and after speaking to another new tenant, she had also stated that due to this same group of people she and her family would be leaving at the end of their 6 month lease as well. If you love redneck drama, the move in, but if you like it calm and quiet without strangers being in your business and trying to start trouble, then RUN! Check Ratings
