Lived there a year and left, they don't pay attention to their tenants and dont ever fix things. they will do anything not to have to fix what you need them to. appliances are old and don't always work. central air is real weak. neighbors always loud and terrible for kids. all they have3 is a falling apart wood structure with a couple swings & a basketball court thats always flooded. pool is tiny. dont live here, esp if youve got kids.
