Reviews On Pebblebrook Apartments

Hi, I am writing this review for my experience after staying in Pebblebrook for 21/2 years. I use to think this is very good apartment up until I knew that they will make you write a contract which will set you up for the term lease period. There contract is so much tricky that you cannot terminate the lease for any reason. My company has relocated me to different state and when I asked them to release me from the lease they started showing there real colors and trying to hold me up saying that you have signed a contract and you have to stay back till the end of the lease term period. When I asked them that I have already mentioned you at the time of the taking the lease that I can terminate the lease any time If I have to move out and at that time they promised me to do so. When the time has come for me to release they said you have not signed a document/rider which you are suppose to sign and so only now we cannot help you. The leasing agents are very tricky and will try to play tricks with you while signing the lease . I always thought that this is the good apartments in New Britain area but never anticipated that they are going to trick me like this. Now I am stuck as I have 4 months left for the lease term and I have to leave this apartment to move out to different state because of my transfer and they wont allow me to do so. Please be careful and try avoiding getting into this apartment as they keep changing there rules very often
