This complex is populated exclusively of senior citizens and college students. The management does not care about the noise level, and they refuse to take any action against the tenants who make noise at night. Maintenance is a joke, one of the buildings lost electricity for several days, and the tenants were not even given money off on the rent for the month. The hot water was out in my building for several months. The management makes money by not marking damages to the unit when people move in, and then claim them when people move out. The Wood Creek apartment complex is only several blocks away and would be a much better option.
