Fairview Apartments, 1646 Capitol Way, Bismarck, ND

Unknowingly without enquiring much & badly in need of a place, we moved to Fairview apartments & only came to know the actual fact about this place after moving in. The place is very badly maintained. I think it is never cleaned up. The staffs also do not attend to us & are least bothered about the tenants. We are now feeling very uncomfortable. There are parties going on all the night & the place also becomes very noisy. No complaints are accepted regarding this issue. The place is also not very safe. Every other day there are incidences going around which are forcing us to worry. Now we are thinking not to renew the lease & would be moving out as early as possible. Check Ratings
