Abbey Court Condominiums, 501 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, NC

I have been living here for a few months and I am feeling ok about this place. The apartments are updated and the place is quite clean and also taken care of. Maintenance requests are attended promptly and the office staff is nice and friendly. Sometimes it takes time to get the things fixed but not always. The appliances in the apartment are not in good conditions & there are also pest problems. Regular pest control is required in order to get rid of getting infected with the pests. As regards parking, there is enough space. But sometimes there are issues since people next door apartment park here.Overall, this place is ok to live. Check Ratings
