Knollwood, 2301 Atwood Dr, Burlington, NC

I am staying at Knollwood since two years. Earlier this was a much better place than any other but now since last 7 to 8 months the things have changed a lot. The place has become quite noisy & the new neighbours are responsible for creating such noisy atmosphere. Nowadays the apartment is also poorly maintained. The grounds are not well kept & also the poor lighting etc. make the environment even worse. Frequent calls to the maintenance are of no use. The rent was quite affordable but now they are charging extra for water & sewage treatment. So I am feeling very un-comfortable & planning to rent out somewhere else. Check Ratings
