Chatham Hill Apartments, 25 Hickory Place, Chatham, NJ

We have lived in this complex for several years and although there have been many changing faces in the leasing office accompanied by the promise for "change and attention to detail", still NOTHING has changed in the interim. There are still many empty promises and open ended repairs that are being patched together and for the most part some that are simply being over looked. I know for a fact that besides us, 4 other tenants have made several calls in regarding issues at hand and the maintenance staff claimed to fix nothing. There was serious concern for our safety. On top of it, the management staff has shown a clear lack of professionalism where compassion should have been shown. They certainly don't care about their tenants. Moved out. Check Ratings

My family and I have been very content living in Chatam Hill Apartments. The staff is always helpful, the minor maintenance issues we've had were dealt with quickly and effectively, the pool area is a great place to hang out and the grounds are well maintained. There's a good mix of ages here, some little kids, a few older folks and everyone in between. The neighbors truly are great and my dog has made lots of friends too! I really like the setup of the apartment in that we have a private entrance and this particular unit style divides the living area and the sleeping area. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
