I have actually been very happy here. I think the noise depends on your location and I have never heard my neighbors and I love the large floor plan and the kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space. The place is quite expensive considered to other places. For me that is a huge increase especially in this economy. I went to the management and they were able to decrease that amount significantly. I wish it had been the original offer but I'm happy they were able to work with me. In all I have looked around the area and I think this is one of the best for the price out there. Check Ratings
