Brick Estates, 2775 Hooper Avenue, Brick Township, NJ

We moved here last year & the basic plus point is it is in a good location with easy access to all the places. Prices are reasonable. Access to the building is easy and reasonably secure. The maintenance staffs are nice & friendly & very prompt in offering their services. Sometimes the management gets rude on certain issues. There are leakages all around & needs to get attended. On the whole, it's fine to live, but I wouldn't recommend it for extremely long terms. I lived here for one year for now & may continue living here for another year or so and I don't regret living here. Check Ratings
