The apartments are not well maintained and the common areas of the building are dirty. Mice are a problem and are not controlled by meager extermination efforts. The stove is ancient and the oven does not register proper temperatures, thereby making it almost impossible to bake or roast food adequately. The cabinetry in the kitchen appears to be very old and in deplorable condition. The snow removal this past winter was horrible.Rest all the things are ok.We are planning to move as soon as my lease is up.
