This place is ideally located with convenience round the corner. The departmental stores, shopping arcades & other necessary daily needs shops are very nearby. The rooms are quite spacious. The cooking gas & the heaters are provided free of charge. I liked this place except parking. The parking becomes an issue & one does not find place to park near their house. I usually find it difficult. The pool is good but at times it is crowded. The neighbours are decent. Till now there is no problem with the maintenance. The landscaping is well done. I think this is not that bad place to rent.
