Kingsrow Apartments is a great property overall. Best of all, it's quiet & nice place to live. I don't hear any noise when I'm trying to sleep. There is a mix of age groups and I've only seen one kid with saggy pants. The grounds are always clean and manicured and the staff is friendly. The rent is reasonable. The neighbours are also good. I can always find a parking spot even late at night. The maintenance act very promptly & try to solve all issues within no time. I loved this place & can call Kingsrow apartment my true home.
