Where to start on the number of things wrong with this place... Let's start with management. Specifically, Jess Habdon is no more fit to be an apartment manager than George Bush was to be President. He is a lazy, lying, slum lord who will lie consistently to your face. He'll tell you what you want to hear, then turn around and do the opposite. The maintenance is horrible, through my time here there have been a myriad of problems since we've moved in, and within the 12 months, only 10% of them have been fixed. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors t.v. or music as if you were in the same room with them, and the cops are called on to the premises 4 to 5 days of the week due to disturbances. There is little to no security, and the only cameras they have are station 1, at the vending machines, and 2, to watch the managers car. All in all, do not move here, you will regret it severely.
