I love my apartment and my neighborhood! It is close to the interstate but I don't hear it at all. I back up to a nature preserve and ride my bike on the trails. Some of the birds keep building nests on my patio but maintenance always takes them down when I call. I do go to some of the functions, I thought the flowers and pots for my patio was nice. I do hear the people above me but seldom, seems to be in the bathroom and kitchen where there is no carpet. Check Ratings
