I have been living in for nearly four years. I love it here, and would keep renewing over and over. The prices have gone up, just as everywhere else but it is beautiful here and definitely holds it's own in the competitive rental market in the area. I’m happy over here. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are really well-kept, and the rents are worth it, more than many places in the area. The community was redone before I moved in and the apartments all have beautiful tiles and new appliances. This is a small place with great people, caring management and maintenance and a staff that goes out of their way to make sure their residents are happy. You'll love it here.
