I absolutely love Grand Forks South Apartments. The place is ideally located with good connectivity. The management is great. They are so nice to me. So nice that sometimes I don't want to go to their office they solve the matter over phone itself. Maintenance is super fast, I love that. They work in a very professional way. There is no laundry problem. No major problems except the walls are too thin especially in the bedroom of all places. The neighbours are quite good & friendly. This place is a good value for your money. Overall, I'm looking forward to renewing my lease in the future.
