The staff is wonderful but that does not make up for poor management. Quiet Enjoyment: The floors are common frame construction which magnifies every footstep and sub woofer. The pool is especially problematic as it attracts the immature residents and guests at all hours of the evening and pre-dawn swim parties. Management says it frowns on this behavior but does little to control this or the pets and open glass containers of alcohol in the pool area. It shocks me in these litigious times that their insurer would tolerate this but maybe they just are not aware. I did not speak with a single other resident that would recommend 1660 to a person they liked, a subject regularly discussed in the common areas. Security in my experience is absent in the wee hours or not reliable at best which means possible concern for the female gender. Check Ratings
