I & my husband moved to this place last 6 months back. The apartment is quite & safe place. The grounds & the lawns are well kept but the fittings like the electrical insulation is not proper. The neighbours are pretty good. Parking is a very big issue; at times you do not even get space for parking. The maintenance people are not very helpful. They take their own time to fix any problem. There are also some pest problems with bugs & mold all around & regular pest control is required to get rid of them. The appliances in the apartment are not in good condition. Overall I am not very much satisfied but the place is also not that bad.
