Brittany Apartments, 4050 Winkler Avenue Extension, Fort Myers, FL

I moved in on 10/1/10 and I moved out on 10/2/10. This place is DISGUSTING. There are cockroaches everywhere...I couldn't even spend one night in this apartment. I was told the carpets would be cleaned...Well when I walked in my new apartment there was a huge brown colored stained in the middle of the living room floor. There were stains in the bedrooms and missing pieces of carpet. The laundry room door was broken. There were hornets nests and spiders right outside my front door. Not to mention, no lights for security. When I went for my 'tour' of the model, it was clean and beautiful. The apartment they gave me was NOTHING like the model. I didn't move out because of the spiders, dirt or stains, I immediately moved out because of the cockroach infestation. Cockroaches were EVERYWHERE in the apartment. Crawling all over the cabinets, refrigerator, stove and floors. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT IMMEDIATELY !!! Check Ratings
