I have lived in the Edgewater for 2 years now and plan to continue living here. The location is perfect. The Rent is not more. The parking is decent. The building is clean and well maintained. The office staff is helpful and always friendly. They take care of all of your needs in a timely fashion. Maintenance is great and very prompt. They always take care of all your problems. If you are concerned with safety, then worry no more! This place is on lock down for sure. There are some foreigners staying here but they mind their own business. Living here has been a great experience and I am proud to call The Edgewater my home.
