my husband and i lived there for one year.the apartment was nice.kitchen is very small.the heat was included.it was close to walmart and aldi grocery store.we had our own garage which was nice.we recommend the brittany2 apts..we even had our little 7 lb. dog with us.maintence was great the man was there in a flash.thank you.
