This apartment complex is a low level rat hole, literally. There are rats and mice everywhere. The maintenance is awful and there is NO 24hr emergency service like they claim. The FICA score is so low that any riffraff can come in here. There is no security and the cheap owner ,Hubbard refuse to install security lighting although punks and thugs roam around at night keying and scratching the cars. When a tenant moves out then maintenance fixes the apartment otherwise if you ceiling leaks from the bathroom upstairs it is tough luck. Do yourself big favor, avoid this place at all costs.
