Reviews On Colonial Apartments

I have lived here for almost a year.I have not had any problems (for the most part). The other people living in my building keep to themselves & always mind their own business. I very, very rarely ever hear my neighbors. My only issue is with the manager. The manager is very short with people, like she always has better things to do. She could be a little nicer. However, the maintenance staff is nice and they are prompt on fixing any issues in the apartment. The parking is also a major issue here. If you don't have a garage to park in, you will probably have to park in front of another building instead of your own.
