I lived here along with my family for almost 2 years. This Property is one of the best I have lived in. The management staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are a host of amenities & facilities available. The balconies were huge & had a beautiful view. The kids also enjoyed a lot here with the neighbouring kids. The maintenance staffs are very responsive and skilled. The Parking has never been a problem. The swimming pool is like being at a resort along with free coffee and internet cafe. Security is very good. I would say Claremont Arms Condos is a perfect place to live.
