Reviews On Chatham Hill Apartments

We have lived in this complex for several years and although there have been many changing faces in the leasing office accompanied by the promise for "change and attention to detail", still NOTHING has changed in the interim. There are still many empty promises and open ended repairs that are being patched together and for the most part some that are simply being over looked. I know for a fact that besides us, 4 other tenants have made several calls in regarding issues at hand and the maintenance staff claimed to fix nothing. There was serious concern for our safety. On top of it, the management staff has shown a clear lack of professionalism where compassion should have been shown. They certainly don't care about their tenants. Moved out.
