We rented at Dicknson last 2 months back & are suffering with some or the other problem. The place is always dirty with bear cans & other things being littered here & there. The apartment is also not that safe. The place is very loud with parties going on all night. The place is very noisy even at night so our whole family gets disturbed. My kids do not sleep at all due to the noise problem. There is also no running water. The management people also are not very co-operative & always refuse to indulge in any of these issues. The parking is always an issue & we find difficulty in getting place to park everyday. We are thinking of breaking the lease at the earliest but are worried about getting our deposit back since there are cases where the tenants don’t get their money back.
