My experience with Beacon Hill Apartments have been awful. The customer service is one of the worst I've ever encountered. The Property Manager sends accusatory and threatening letters to my door. Often we are being blamed for some apartment violation or annoyance that we were not involved in or cannot help. For example, we received a nasty memo stating that there was too much walking going on. I hardly think that one should not be expected to walk in their living space. When attempts were made to speak to her, she spoke to this writer in such a demeaning tone as if I was a 2 year old child that she didn't like. More specifically, I was told to be quiet because "I am speaking". I am nearly 40 years old with 2 degrees! Why does she justified speaking to one of her customers this way?! When the snow comes the complex does a horribe job cleaning the parking lots. A neighbor fractured her foot attempted to walk from the door to her car! Lastly, the buildings/apartments are extremely dated and when asked if the carpet could be changed/cleaned (after 5+ years)we were given the run around, but when they finally agreed to clean it, cleaning days were only on fridays somewhere between 9 and 5. We moved the furniture to the middle of the room per requested, but stepped out after waiting for hours. Upon returning the carpet around the furniture was poorly cleaned and the middle of the room was left uncleaned leaving a noticeable dirty mark. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE
