DO NOT rent from here. I was only here for 9 months thank god and I had the worst experience ever. Reasons: 1. I was promised a working dishwasher before I moved in, and when I moved out, I still didn't have one. 2. There was mold under my living room heater when I moved in, I reported it 3 times and was told someone would come the next day to take care of it, when I moved out, it was still there. 3. My sink faucet was leaking and after going to tell them 2 times it was finally fixed. Then I came back and found a pile of water on my kitchen floor. The person who fixed my sink broke something else under the sink and never fixed it. I reported this 3 times and when I moved out, it still wasn't fixed. 4. My heater was broken, so I went and asked them 4 times to please come and fix it because my apartment was freezing during the winter time. When I moved out in Feb, the heater still wasn't fixed. 5. Finally, when I moved out, I completely cleaned out my apartment and it was move in ready. They told me they would go look at it at a later date and mail me my deposit. Then 1 month later I get a letter in the mail saying that I owe them money for cleaning and painting of my apartment. I called and they made up some ridiculous excuse saying that I didn't clean behind the refrigerator and under the stove. So I'm warning you... DO NOT rent from this place!!!
