Reviews On Alton Woods

I shifted to Alton woods last year. As an older woman, I feel very safe living here. This is a wonderful place for young as well as families. The tenants office staff and maintenance are friendly and any repairs or calls for office assistance are handled professionally and in a timely fashion. The grounds are green and beautifully kept, with a lovely pool area. I have never experienced loud parties or unruly neighbors. The parking is more than ample with a covered parking space for each resident. The air conditioning units are clean and filters changed regularly. I have been able to breathe quite well. Really love this place.
