Highly expensive, the flats at ABQ Uptown are very costly to rent. We shifted here last 3 months back. Everything here is counted on the basis of money. Otherwise the staff persons are really nice people they solve the matters with ease and help out if we find anything difficult. The grounds & the apartment property are well kept & maintained nicely. The place is also ideally located with grocery & daily needs shops nearby. Parking is a problem. One has to pay additional charges to get covered parking or good parking space. Noise is also not a very big issue. The place is quite. The families or the very high income groups can rent at this place for others it is not affordable.
